Talk about good timing! About a week after your company finished installing our whole-house lightning protection system this summer, we were struck by lightning – for the fifth time since building this house twelve years ago. The difference was that for the first time, there was absolutely no damage to the house or anything in it. Thank you for a job well done… and just in time!
As I told you when we first met, we have lost three satellite receivers, had several other electronic devices damaged, and most importantly had some cables in our basement scorched and welded together by lightning. After that last one, I became convinced that lightning might one day burn our house down. After reviewing your lightning protection system design and watching your crew install the system, I immediately felt safer in my house. Then came that lightning strike, which was completely dissipated by the new system. I cannot tell you how grateful Kathy and I are for your professionalism and for the fine job your crew did, right down to the care with which they cleaned up after their work.

We wanted to install lightning rods on our home since we had been struck by lightning several times over the years. We contacted Vickery Lightning Protection and made an appointment to learn about their products.
Joni came to our home and explained all of the options we had and gave us a proposal that included the full price of the work we wanted done. She was very knowledgeable about all of their products and services which made our decision easier.
The lightning rod system was installed in two days and all the copper cables were well hidden. The installers were very friendly and took the time to explain what they were doing along with answering our many questions. The TV and phone cable surge protection was later installed.
We were very pleased with Vickery Lightning Protection and would recommend them to anyone looking for this type of protection for their home.
